Method and sources

• Monthly total = price × seats for per-seat plans, the flat account price for the others. A seat is a user, staff calendar, provider or location depending on the vendor.
• Square Appointments is priced per location: we assume one location and say so.
• A plan fits when it holds the seats and the bookings a month you enter (a cap that is not stated counts as no cap). For each vendor the cheapest fitting plan is ranked; ties go to the lower list price, then plan order; vendors are sorted by total, then name.
• “Cheapest overall” includes $0 plans; “cheapest paid plan” leaves them out, because several vendors have a $0 plan that fits small teams.
• Annual billing uses the per-month price billed annually. If a vendor shows no annual number, the monthly price is used and flagged. A plan without a monthly price is not ranked in monthly billing.
• Calendly Enterprise and Cal.com Enterprise are not tracked.
• Facts marked “checked daily” carry a verbatim evidence snippet that a daily refresh re-checks on the official page; facts marked “read by hand” only show after a monthly/annual toggle or in the US view, so they were read by hand on 2026-10-18, with the capture kept in the repository. Zoho Bookings shows EUR prices to our checker in Denmark, so the USD prices were read from the US view on 2026-10-18 and the daily check watches the EUR view for changes.
• The daily refresh never edits data: a human reviews each flagged change. Rankings never read affiliate status (tested).
